Booking conditions
To guarantee your booking, please make a bank transfer equal to 50% of the total booking value; the remaining 50% must be paid at check-in.
To guarantee the booking, you can also give us your bank card details. No amount will be charged at this time.
Proof of payment
The proof of transfer must be e-mailed within a maximum of 24 hours to: [e-mail address].
If proof of payment is not sent within 24 hours
The booking will be treated at the web rate (no discount) and [xx]% of the total booking value will be charged to your bank card.

Restrictions
– Pets up to 8 kg are accepted on request, with a supplement of [€x.00] per night.
– Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
– Cheques are not accepted.
Cancellation conditions
Bookings guaranteed against a no-show (advance deposit) may be cancelled:
– You may cancel your booking free of charge up to [xx] days before arrival.
– [xx]% of the total will be charged if you cancel less than 20 days before arrival, or a credit for nights at the hotel will be issued (conditions below).
– [xx] days before the arrival date (check-in): no refund.
– If the guest is already staying at the hotel and decides to leave before the planned date, the hotel reserves the right to charge all the nights booked.
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date.
